Oriana, the host, was kind and helpful throughout my stay. She provided valuable information on local transportation, allowing me to explore Cancun and Tulum without breaking the bank. The house itself was comfortable and located in a safe and quiet residential area. There were also convenient stores nearby, making it easy to buy food and cook. The WiFi connection was reliable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat.
While the kitchen facilities were available, I found them to be unclean and unhygienic. There were dead lizards and cat tails left unattended for more than a day, made me uncomfortable using the kitchen.
